Look Out! Lookout

Why stay in the stuffy old house when the great outdoors beckons? The cats explode to the outside as soon as the cat door is opened, and don't come back until dinner.

They each find their own domain, their own hangout. Buckie prefers the porch, with its cushioned chairs and skirted grills. And birds and squirrels to watch as they come to the feeder - perfectly safe for the squirrels as Buckie is a very slow cat.
Clem has never been limited to a single yard. He is out and gone, up and down the street, exploring the yards, nebbing at neighbors, harassing the other cats, peering in doors and windows. Everyone knows and (I hope!) loves Clem.
Flash has the front yard, and his spot is a wide, flat branch of the apricot tree. From there he can survey the entire yard, look over the hedge and up and down the street. With not much effort he can climb from the tree to the roof; then he truly is the king of Tretter Drive.
